Create a gastronomic Menu with a real Chef!
The Chef of the Auberge du Soleil in Bursins invites you to create a gastronomic Menu. On Saturday mornings Jean-Michel Colin opens up the doors of his kitchen and introduces you into his secrets of fine dining.

Under his professional supervision, you will create an unforgettable meal. A unique experience:  work in a professional kitchen, use the equipment of a real chef, receive hints and tips and finally sit down and enjoy the whole meal.
Groups of maximum 6 People can be welcomed.


 

 

Programm:
Reception at  8h45 in the Auberge du Soleil, description of the daily schedule.
At 9.00 beginning of the cooking class. Preparation of two exceptional starters, a main course and dessert.
At 11.30 Explanations about the protocol.
From noon and on, Meal (your mate can join you to eat, if you desire).

Price per person:

CHF 140.- Cooking class and meal.

CHF 100.- additional for your mate, that joins you to eat only.
