Discover our local flavours thanks to this package consisting of an aperitif in the Nyon Castle, a typical lunch in one of the 3 restaurants on offer, a cheese speciality and fine chocolates from the confectioner’s.

Factory visit and chocolate tasting (booking necessary). Start of the visit at the «Ecole du chocolat», history of cocoa and chocolate, introduction to the art of chocolate making and tasting. Delivery of a personalized diploma by the «Compagnie des fin becs».

From June to December guests have the possibility to assist the traditional processing of milk into different products such as Gruyère cheese, butter, curd and Raclette cheese in one of the alp huts in the mountain pastures of the Parc Jurassien Vaudois. Reservation for group visits is recommended. Moreover, end of September / beginning of October is also the time of the traditional alpine cattle descent.

Built in 1975, this distillery specialises in the extraction of essential oils from aromatic and medicinal plants.

On the farm of Mr. and Mrs Pradervand you can buy a choice of local produce such as pasteurized apple juice, fruit of the season, homemade squash and "la raisinée", a thick syrup made from apples or pears which serves a base for delicious tarts and sweets.
Available at the farm and its self-service booth in the centre of village of Signy, just a few minutes from the motorway exit Nyon.
