With its 667 acres, the appellation Nyon is the second largest vineyard in terms of surface. A vast range of grape variety such as Chasselas, Doral, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot blanc, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Viognier and Riesling for the whites, and Gamay, Pinot Noir, Garanoir, Gamaret, Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Dornfelder for the reds makes the region a delight to wine lovers.

Wines from Mont-sur-Rolle
Description
250 hectares of vineyards classifie Mont-sur-Rolle on top of the list of the wine appellations in the vaud la Côte region along the lake side. To this appellation belong the parish Mont-sur-Rolle, Essertines-sur-Rolle as well as a part of the vineyard surface of the parish Perroy.
Wine cellar of Luins-Vinzel
Description
A winemaker presents every weekend the wines of the 25 winemakers and their specialities. Your wine degustation will be accompanied by local products such as grilled bacon from Begnins, saussages, Vaud Tomme and goat cheese which all are a real delight for your stomach.

Wine cellar of Mont-sur-Rolle
Description
The wine cellar was first opened in 1971 and celebrated in 2011 40 years of existence. Since its creation winemakers of Mont-sur-Rolle take turns and welcome you every weekend as well as on public holidays to have you try their local treasures. The excellent "Mont-sur-Rolle Grand Cru" wines are accompanied with cold-meat and cheese plates.
